8th Circuit Solicitor David Stumbo announced this morning that a Calhoun Falls man has been sentenced to 16 years in state prison after being convicted of sexually abusing a 12 year-old girl. Keith Denver Tate, 53, was found guilty of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree late Thursday evening by an Abbeville County jury following three days of trial.
