Duane Parrish, Director of the SC Park, Recreation and Tourism Department (SCPRT) will be the featured guest speaker at the March 19 th Morning Blend program presented by Allegra Marketing Print Mail and the Greenwood Chamber. “Duane is truly a champion of tourism for the State of South Carolina.
