The Self Regional Heart and Vascular Center is launching a community-based Automatic External Defibrillator, or AED, grant program. The program’s goal is to increase awareness of what to do in a cardiac emergency, train more people on how to perform hands-only CPR and to equip various facilities with AEDs in case of an emergency.
