The Food Bank of Greenwood County, a partner agency of Golden Harvest Food Bank, was recently awarded $4000, a grant from the Food Lion Feeds Charitable Foundation, which is the philanthropic program of Food Lion, a grocer headquartered in Salisbury, N.C. The Charitable Foundation's grants are designed to assist in hunger-relief programs such as the Food Bank of Greenwood County and Golden Harvest Food Bank.
