The Greenwood Mall parking lot appeared as if it were Black Friday sales weekend, but today is all about careers. With over 80 employers this was the perfect opportunity for those seeking jobs to get connected immediately. “It’s a great crowd” said Upper Savannah Council of Governments Workforce Development Administrator Sandra Johnson. “Looking around I am impressed by so many that are dressed for success. Johnson also explained how many seem enthusiastic to talk with employers. “One guy was here an hour early to ensure he was the first to talk with a particular employer” explained Johnson.
