GREENWOOD — Greenwood County Council agreed Wednesday night to approve second reading of an ordinance that would repeal a measure that established the Lake Greenwood Trust Fund. County Manager Toby Chappell said repeal of the ordinance became necessary when it was discovered that some of the funding set aside by the law was moved administratively.
