Self Regional Healthcare announced today the successful implementation of an advanced critical care telemedicine program that will now be in the hospital’s intensive care units. On August 1 the hospital partnered with Advanced ICU Care®, the nation’s largest provider of Tele-ICU services, and MUSC to deliver monitoring by highly trained intensivist physicians and critical care specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing an extra layer of care that enhances patient safety.
