Washington, D.C. – Congressman Duncan issued a statement to call attention to the 50th cosponsor, Rep. Michael Burgess to his bill H. Res. 617. The resolution would empower Congress to immediately bring suit against the Obama Administration should the President choose to violate the law and move Guantanamo Bay terrorists to the U.S. mainland.
