A Greenwood man has been arrested for allegedly having sexually touched a girl under the age of 16. Anthony Dwight Powell, 53 of Greenwood SC was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor. According to the police reports, the child mother became suspicious after looking through a cell phone and began asking questions.
