While a Greenwood City Officer was in Self Regional on an unrelated case, the officer heard a loud disturbance coming from another room in the emergency room. As he entered the room he saw a man covered in blood and being extremely belligerent. The patient, identified as Donald Blake Outzs, 32 of 4926 Pickens Creek Road, Hodges SC kicked the doctor in the head and struck an officer while they were attempting to treat a self-inflicted wound to his arm.
