Lander University invites the public to attend and enjoy its annual Arbor Day celebration on Friday, Dec. 2, at 11 a.m. at the Moran Assembly Plaza Courtyard. Speakers for the event include Dr. Andrew Schwendemann, assistant professor of biology at Lander and president of the university’s Arboretum Committee; and JoAnn Purkerson, also a member of the Arboretum Committee.
