Two high speed chases lead to arrest of "Diamond"

GREENWOOD, SC – Two separate high speed chases, a vehicle theft and a hit-and-run incident eventually led to the arrest of Samuel Tyrone Smith, better known as “Diamond,” on Tuesday.
